Description

New Developments in France and Europe Traffic speed is a current issue in France, characterised by a strong policy of control, penalty and communication. It is also an international concern, as demonstrated by the work done by Certu’s Head of Transport Jacques Nouvier, which culminated in the CCRT 1 report on traffic speed management published in February 2007. This report draws on elements presented at the conference organised by CERTU and INRETS (The National Institute for Transport and Safety Research) on February 2nd 2007 in Lille.
